Pregnancy Support

• One-on-one pregnancy mentoring

• Assistance understanding prenatal care and appointment navigation

Birth & Doula Support

• Personalized birth preparation sessions

• Support creating a birth plan that reflects family preferences

• Advocacy and communication support with providers

Lactation Support

• Prenatal breastfeeding education

• Help with latching, positioning, milk production, and comfort
